Help Desk

We provide a dedicated help desk support service with staff specifically
trained in each module of the system. Whether you need assistance with
a function you've forgotten, a mistake you've made or a problem with the
system, the help desk will provide you with prompt professional solutions.
Customers have access to our support website to log or review any help requests. The web site is updated real-time with the status of jobs so that customers can track each jobs progress. Through the website customers can also get access to release notes on new features. |

Group Training |

Classroom style group training sessions are run on a regular basis in a number of locations. These sessions are aimed at providing refresher training on commonly used fucntionality such as stocktakes, accounts receivable and customer service. They are targeted at users with some familiarity of the system and include time for questions and group discussion. |

Site Reviews

Each year consultants will visit your site to review the performance of Apparel 21 and provide a list of recommendations as to how you could improve your use of the system. |

User Groups |
|
With
each major release (typically one per year) we host a customer user group
session. These user groups are designed to provided customers with information
about new functionality included in the system since the last major release.
There is also time for questions and group discussion about future development
priorities. These user groups also make a great forum for discussion with
other users of the sytem about how different companies are working with
the system and achieving the most out of it. |
