COURSE OBJECTIVE

With more businesses taking advantage of the internet to create more revenue, Apparel21 aim to cater for this movement with our client’s business requirements in mind.

This is why we have been developing our own API (Application Programming Interface). The API is the software in which your website can access the data on Apparel21. Together with our Mail Order / web fulfillment module, the API serves as a flexible gateway that enables your preferred web developer to access information like products, SOH and customer information.

Working together with our Mail Order / Web fulfillment module, Apparel21 can easily handle the processing of web, telephone, mail and catalogue sales.

The objectives of this session are:

Explain the capabilities of the API
Review the sales processing features of Mail Order
